Welcome

Hi!  My name is Taryl Holden.  This is my 31st year teaching--the last 23 have been teaching preschool here at Carver.  I have a B. A. in early childhood/elementary education from Columbia College in Columbia, SC, and a Master's in elementary education from Winthrop University in Rock Hill SC.  I am a National Board Certified Teacher and received my certification in 2007.  I have been married to Jeff for 36 years and we have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.

I would like to welcome you to our world of preschool here at Carver.  We are looking forward to partnering with you as your child begins his or her educational journey.  

We have worked together as a class to develop our class rules.  They are:

4.  Use walking feet.

5.  Use kind touches.

2:45-3:05 Circle; Dismissal
