Hi!  My name is April Phillips and I am a Kindergarten Teacher at G.W. Carver!  I graduated from East Carolina University in 2004 with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education!  Go Pirates!  I am a National Board Certified Teacher.  I am an Edgecombe County Native and love Eastern North Carolina!  I am married with two kids, two dog and a rabbit!  My favorite things are the beach, the mountains, boating, and reading!  I am so excited to have a job that I love!  Let's make this a great year!
